This book is heart breaking, yet beautifully crafted work for fiction. I am a historical fiction junkie and fiction about the holocaust I tend to flock to. It could be my history degree that draws me to it or the curiosity I have for something so horrible to happen to a group of people. This book is beautiful, sad, real, and appealing in the most surreal way. I loved every page, it draws you in and keeps you there.
