Random: Personal Questions Tag

Hello everyone! So I decided just to do something fun this week for a post. I have a few more posts coming but I just wanted to do something quick for this lovely Wednesday! So this is the 14 Personal Questions tag that goes around the Blog community and the YouTube community as well. It is a bit random and doesn’t really have anything to do with books so I just added a question or two at the bottom to tie it in!  So let’s get on with the tag, I hope you enjoy!

1. What do you order at Starbucks?:

A Skinny Latte or a Skinny Carmel Macchiato… I love both and I don’t get Starbucks very often so it’s more like a treat!

2. What’s one thing in your closet that you cannot live without?:

Either cardigans or dresses… I pretty much live in both year around, it doesn’t matter what the weather it I will most likely wear a dress out and about.
3. What’s one thing that most people probably wouldn’t know about you?:

I have a tattoo! I know I wouldn’t look like a person who has one but I do; it hidden under clothes the majority of the time so no one sees it. It’s a personal memorial tattoo and I love it.
4. Name one thing that you want to do before you die:

Besides the obvious (children, marriage, house, skydive) I would love to do a bit more traveling. I have been traveling around the UK a lot since I have moved over here but I want to go to places outside Europe like Japan or Brazil.  First I need to save some money…. lol
5. What’s one food that you cannot live without?:

Chocolate…. I eat it at least once a day. I carry some in my handbag usually, which means I have turned into my mother since she ALWAYS had some kind of candy or chocolate with her. I have realized that I have turned more into my mother as the years pass… good grief!
6. What quote/phrase do you live your life by?:

“As Long as He knows my heart” He as in God…I am a Christian and I heard this in another Tag and just loved it so much! Also it’s something like… “You only get one life so make the most of it”… I don’t know where I heard it or got it but I do love that one too.
7. What’s your number one most listened to song on iTunes?:

“Twist and Shout” by the Beatles
8. What kind of style would you define yourself as having?:

Classic Romantic I guess… I like girly dresses and blouses but they are paired with like classic black skinny trousers, tights or something else.
9. Favorite number:

3…. I think… things usually happen to me in 3’s so I guess 3 works.
10. Two hobbies:

Besides the obvious (reading), they would be baking and walking. I love going on long walks either through London or out in the countryside somewhere. When I travel I usually like to experience it by walking. I just LOVE to bake as well… it de-stresses my life!

11. Two pet peeves:

I have three- Slow walkers, like the people on Oxford Street! People who are rude, there isn’t any excuse for people to be rude and  people who chew with their mouths open! YUCK!
12. Guilty Pleasures:

               Jane Austen, Old movies, Chocolate, being a social hermit-not going on the weekends and staying in to read or watch movies and sit in my jim jams or giving myself a beauty night.

13. Favorite book in your bookshelf:

            Dancing with Mr. Darcy– It has nothing to do with Jane Austen but a bunch of short stories written in the format of a Jane Austen type story. It is so beautiful I love it!

               The Little Stranger by Sarah Waters for the next 95er’s meet up!
